CaseCam provides an AI-powered video analysis platform designed for legal professionals to analyze police body cam footage and generate insights through natural language queries.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Be authorized to enter into binding contracts
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription-based model:

  • Monthly subscription fee of $49 grants access to the platform
  • Video and chat credits are purchased separately as needed
  • Credits never expire but are non-refundable once purchased
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates laws or third-party rights
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We own all rights to the Service, including software, AI models, and branding.

7. Attorney-Client Privilege

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS AND NOT RELIED UPON AS LEGAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
